1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by asiaklub, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies that form an integral part of this document. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated herein, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the asiaklub platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and active users who carry out transactions. asiaklub reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the services following an update constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Users under the age of 18 (eighteen) years are strictly prohibited from using asiaklub services in any form. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security, and Policy
Each user may only hold one active account on the asiaklub platform. Creating multiple accounts, including by using different identities or information, is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity occurring through your account is considered to be your own, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to the asiaklub support team. The platform is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
asiaklub reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. Account closure due to a violation does not entitle the user to claim a refund of any balance that may be linked to the violating activity.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must use asiaklub services in accordance with applicable terms and are not permitted to use the platform for any purpose that violates the laws or regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. This includes a prohibition on using the service for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
Users are prohibited from using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical methods intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or obtain unauthorized advantages. Violations of this provision will result in permanent account suspension and possible further legal action.
Each user is responsible for ensuring that their betting activity does not conflict with local regulations. asiaklub makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of using the service in any particular jurisdiction, and users bear full legal responsibility for any risks that may arise from using the service in their respective jurisdictions.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the asiaklub platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits using available local payment methods, including digital wallets (OVO, GoPay, Dana) and bank transfers to designated accounts. Each deposit is processed once system verification is complete, with processing times varying depending on the method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the user in question. asiaklub reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, in order to maintain account security and prevent suspicious transactions. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be delayed or rejected.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms and conditions, which include wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Users must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
asiaklub is not responsible for transaction delays caused by third-party factors such as banking service disruptions, network issues, or technical problems beyond the platform's control.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the asiaklub platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of asiaklub or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from asiaklub.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by asiaklub. The inclusion of such links does not imply that asiaklub endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
Users are not permitted to engage in framing, scraping, or any other technical methods to extract data from the asiaklub platform without authorization. Violations of intellectual property rights may result in legal action under applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms
asiaklub provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service, or that the results of using the service will meet users' expectations. asiaklub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of asiaklub to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform in the 30 (thirty) calendar days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of legal action brought.
asiaklub reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
